Bridging Divides is led by Anne Oliver, who has over 20 years of experience helping all kinds of people and work groups navigate  tough challenges.  Anne has extensive training and experience in these fields: adult development, local government, organizational strategy, land use, people and change management , dispute resolution and restorative processes.
